The HC510w is designed and built to look like a regular AC power outlet, making it the perfect hidden camera to blend into almost any room in your home or office. Inside the bottom outlet is a 1080P HD WiFi streaming camera lens that lets you monitor your camera feed live on your smartphone from anywhere in the world.

The outlet camera is hardwired directly to your existing electrical wires in your home or office (or wherever you want to install the camera), which allows it to operate 24/7 with no battery life concerns. Just connect it to your electrical wiring (by replacing an existing outlet, or installing it as a new one), and download the app to your smartphone for setup. The setup process takes just a few minutes as you connect the camera to your WiFi network, and you'll then be able to live view your camera feed from anywhere.

In addition to live streaming, you can also set up motion alerts, which notify you instantly if your camera detects activity nearby, so you can quickly pull up your camera feed to see what's going on. This nanny cam also features video recording to a hidden micro SD card, so you can have a copy of what your camera sees, even if you didn't see it happen live.

You can even mix and match this WiFi hidden camera with over 20 of our other WiFi cameras, and monitor them all from the same app, and even share your camera ID and password with a spouse or partner so multiple people can monitor the camera(s) if needed.

Streams 1080P HD Video and Audio
This WiFi streaming hidden camera features high quality 1080P high definition color video and audio, enabling you to get crisp, clear video monitoring wherever you need it. The camera is located in the bottom AC outlet of the device, and the camera faces about 15 degrees upwards, giving you the perfect view of your living room, office, family room, warehouse, or wherever you need it.

You can watch recorded videos remotely on the smartphone app, or remove the card insert into your PC or Mac computer for playback.

Q. Are there any costs of fees to live stream my video from this WiFi camera?

No there are not - there are never any fees or costs to view, stream, or record video from this or any of our WiFi hidden cameras.

Q. Can I add additional cameras, and watch them all from the same app?

Yes you can mix and match this nanny cam with over 20 of our other compatible WiFi hidden cameras, and view them all from the same live streaming app.

Q. How do I watch my live video from this hidden camera?

To watch your live video, simply download our free app to your iPhone or Android device, and click on your live camera feed icon to see your current live view.

Q. How do motion detection/activity alerts work?

Motion alerts notify you if your camera detects activity nearby. You'll get a push notification if your camera detects movement, so you can pull up your camera feed to see what's going on. The app will also take a screenshot of the motion as well for you to review.

Q. Can I also record video in addition to live streaming?

Yes you can also record video to a micro SD card hidden inside the camera - choose between motion activated or continuous recording, based on your specific recording needs.

Q. How do I adjust the various camera settings?

Yes you can - via the app you can adjust over a dozen different camera settings including video resolution, streaming quality, time/date stamp, motion sensitivity, contrast, and many more. This allows you to customize the streaming and recording to your exact needs.

Q. How do I view my recorded video files from this camera?

There are two methods for viewing recorded videos. The first is to use the app, and remotely download and view the videos on your smartphone. The second method is to remove the memory card from the camera, and insert it into your computer's card slot (or use the included card reader), and double click on your files to play. You can then save your videos to your desktop, delete them if no longer needed, or even email them to someone.

Q. Can multiple people view the live camera feed at once?

Yes if you want to share your camera feed with someone (like a friend, relative, spouse, partner, business associate, etc), you can simply have them download the streaming app to their phone, and then provide them with your camera ID and password, and they'll be able to monitor your camera feed too.

Q. Can I live stream to a PC or Macintosh desktop computer or laptop?

Currently our WiFi hidden cameras stream to the smartphone app only, they do not stream to desktop or laptop computers.

Q. Can you help me install the camera to my electrical wiring?

Because electrical codes vary by jurisdiction, our product experts are not able to provide installation instructions with regards to wiring the camera to your home or office. If you are unfamiliar with how to install an electrical outlet, we highly recommend using a professional electrician for installation.

Q. Do I need any kind of special router or modem to set up or use this camera?

Like all WiFi streaming hidden cameras, the HC510w needs to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi signal. Most routers broadcast in either 2.4GHz, or both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Make sure when you’re setting up the camera that you’re connecting to the 2.4GHz signal if your router has both.

Q. What is the warranty on this WiFi hidden camera?

We offer a lifetime product warranty, so if your camera ever stops working for some reason, we'll fix or replace it. We also include lifetime technical support if you ever have questions about setting up or operating the camera.
